Northern Bedrock's Team Philosophy

For either type of service, it is the practice of the Northern Bedrock’s staff, Board, and volunteers to emphasize:

Vision as a response to community needs rather than personal preferences

Future opportunities and potential threats

Strategic planning rather than day-to-day operations

The expression of diverse points of view

Decisions that are acceptable to as many Board members as possible

Support for all Board decisions once they are adopted

“I feel like I've really been able to challenge myself and track my own development, both in technical skills and interpersonal skills. I truly believe that I am exiting this program a stronger and wiser person - someone I am proud of. ”
